You
have just pulled into the driveway of your house. It was a stressful
day full of problems. You seek the sanctuary of your lovely home, the
support of your husband and the love of your kids.
You open the door to the blare of the television set, the telephone
ringing and barking of the dog. The kids are glued to the computer,
your husband is hidden behind his newspaper and there’s something
burning in the oven.
Your two teenage children are already on your last nerve. Everything
you say to them turns into a fight. Where did your family go? What happened
to the laughter, the late night talks, movie night and group hugs? It’s
gotten so you don’t recognize anyone anymore.
Where can
you go for help?
To the Wise
Voice Network.
A
calm voice in a sea of noise. Television, radio, the internet, DVD’s,
CD’s and books– it seems everyone has a theory about everything.
Who can help sort out the multitude of messages bombarding us?
Teacher and author Anne Woods has founded the Wise Voices Network to
bring wise voices to listeners, helping them to make smart choices about
troubling situations. She and others like her will provide common sense
solutions to everyday problems.
The network will provide counsel from educators, psychologists, doctors
and other experts in many fields of concern. From teen pregnancy to
drug and alcohol abuse – many questions will be addressed and
debated with opinions rendered. Our goal is to help you navigate troubled
waters.
Our mission is to provide information and information products, digital
and otherwise, that are easy to understand and apply to your own situation.
We’ve filtered through a lot of information to find the best,
rich with wisdom, insight and proactive advice. Information that provides
the answers and solutions you want - and more!
Welcome to the WVN.
Let’s join hands and look to the light that represents hope and
insight.
